In 2012 obtained Specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Milan. During his specialist training period he spent 24 months at the Second Division of Spinal Surgery, Ospedale CTO Turin, with a specific focus on spinal pathology. He completed advanced training placements in spinal surgery at the Ospedale Niguarda Ca&#8217; Granda in Milan and at the H\u00f4pital Lariboisi\u00e8re in Paris.
